We first met Dom and worked with Final Phase Construction in 2016 when he helped us repair a bathroom floor that had been damaged by a water leak. The following year a major renovation and repair of a rental house was also done by Dom and his team of subcontractors.  This was a floor to ceiling process involving demolition, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, custom cabinetry, painting and window repair. Over the past year we once again worked with Dom and his crew in our own home to remodel our master bath, kitchen, family room, guest bath, and laundry room. In all of these projects we were very satisfied with the process and more importantly, the outcome. With the last project, we had initial concerns with the various subcontractors being in and out of our home. We however came to find out that all of the subs coordinated by Dom and Final Phase not only worked well with one another, but worked well with us to assure that their individual specialties were done right and to our satisfaction. We came to trust these workers in our home.When evaluating bids for your project, Final Phase may not be the cheapest bid received, but the outcome and quality of the work makes up for the additional expense. We know that the job was done right and the job was not done until we were fully satisfied. Would we use Final Phase again? Without a doubt we would – Dom is going to re-do our deck this summer.
